Résumé | Studies the phrase ὠιὸν δίδυμον found in the mutilated order P. Cair. Zen. IV 59602, 2 from the Zenon archive. Thorough research both on the interpretations of the adjective δίδυμος in connection with the ὠιόν in various modern lexica of ancient Greek language and on excerpts from certain zoological treatises of Aristotle and Pliny's Naturalis Historia interprets the phrase ὠιὸν δίδυμον as 'double-yolked egg'. |

Résumé | P. Hamb. II, 146 (= MP3 2819; LDAB 46966), P. Mich. Inv. 1210 + 1216a (= MP3 904.1; LDAB 1973) and P. Mich. Inv. 1218 (= MP3 669.02; LDAB 1638) are three small papyrus fragments written in the II/III century AD by the scribe A2 Johnson in a calligraphic majuscule. The first one contains few lines of a Greek text, probably a speech of an Attic orator, while the second and the third report Homer, Iliad XIII.289-301 and II.744-754. |

Lond. 125 (= MP3 325; LDAB 755) are all that remains of a codex written in the Vp century, that reports chapters from Demosthenes' Against Aristogeiton (XXV). This re-edition allows the reading of new portions of the speech and the identification of five marginal scholia. Despite the deterioration of the parchment and the faded ink, the photo reconstruction gives an idea of the preciousness of this ancient book. |
